1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by pinoy168, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pinoy168 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pinoy168 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

10Limitation of Liability

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
